I placed an order at kfc (Siliguri) yesterday thru kfc official website (https://online.kfc.co.in) and i paid inr 911.60 via hdfc net-banking (Screen-shot attached). However, when i called their outlet, they informed me that they did not receive any order in my name.
I spoke to the manager of the out-let (Mr. Dev thapa / sharma) and he informed me that this is an existing issue if orders are placed via website and he instructed me to order via kfc mobile app going forward.
I finally had to re-order by phone and then paid again using my credit card (Proof attached).
1. I need to know when i am going to receive my refund for inr 911.60 for which the order was not placed?
2. When i paid a 2nd time using credit card, the bill amount was inr 933.00. I need to know why there was a discrepancy in pricing in website and direct order? (I did not opt for any offer in the web-site).
