Dear Sir, With reference to the below trailing email please be noted that on 25.10.2020 Mr. Tiwary (Manager/Galaxy Mall, Asansol) vide mobile no. [protected] contacted me by informing that the said shoes had been purchased by me before two years. Please tell me sir, being an expert of subject matter you people can easily recognise the difference between two year used shoes condition and single day used shoes condition. As I mentioned earlier that due to a pandemic situation I can't keep the Invoice with me, the Manager Mr. Tiwary took advantage of the same and got me harassed this way. Being a regular customer of your company I carry the defective shoes in a different box, but Mr. Tiwary compels me to convince that the shoe box is perfect, it is really unfortunate that the company like Khadims treats their customer like that.After collecting all my details from the below mail. Mr. Tiwary created a false database of mine two years ago. Therefore sir, my cordial request to your good office that please keep the goodwill of Khadims to their large customer by the right behaviour after sales too.Therefore sir, please replace my shoes immediately as myself not wearing the shoes for one day only. If your expert can tell you that the shoes had been used for the last two years I will never request you to change the same.
