Khadim's — replacement of sandals purchase online | |||||
This is to notify that i have purchase khadim brown sandals online through flipkart but its sole has broken within one month. The khadim invoice received with the product shows 90 days warranty. But when visited local khadim store for replacement they denied it saying that as it is been purchased by flipkart so it has to be replaced through the same mode of purchase. Flipkart support team is not ready to take in replacement as it has pass 30 days exchange time. I have khadim india limited invoice and product with 90 days warranty on it. But still if no one is responsible then ultimately your customer will suffer as i am losing on money and trust on khadim brand Looking forward for positive respond on this issue.
