Order No: OR_435069. Order got cancelled but refund hasn’t been made yet.

The product was ordered on 29th August, on the second day it was confirmed but now(6th September) the status shows that it is yet to be confirmed.
While ordering the site showed that the product is in stock and after few days the company says it is out of stock.
So please cancel my order, because of you I wasn't able to perform in a tournament .

Replacement of product not scheduled by KHELMART.COM after their approval .

Contacted their Tool free no. 3-4 times, after all the conversation the lady only tells me that we have scheduled your pickup tomorrow it will be picked up.

I have ordered a racket from their website and i have not got a sing confirmation call from them.
When I try to call them it says no representive is available.

I request you to cancel my order ( order id - OR_429882) . I heard negative reviews about the bat on internet and your company too also the size of the bat is too small for someone like me of 6ft 5
So o kindly request you to cancel my order
If it is not cancelled I am not going to accept it if it is delivered to me

I trusted khelmart but they cheated me. I had purchased a cricket bat worth around 14000 rs. model of the bat bring SS Ton Retro Maxpower From khelmart. Before buying I had asserted that I will need the bat to be less than 1160 grams and khelmart showed me the required bat to be weighing 1152 grams only and only after knowing that I had placed the order. I ordered Yonex Astrox 7 dg badminton racquet firstly I received my order after 11 days and after opening the parcel I found that the product was fake and not genuine

I had recently bought a customised cricket bat. Had even ordered for oiling and knocking.
Received the bat in 4 days time but for the surprise no knocking been done. They have just applied a quote of oil ( looks like, can’t feel when hand is rubbed) and with in my confirmation of knocking next day they have shipped by order.
We all know after oil applied atleast bat should be kept for 24 hrs and then the knocking should be started . But it was pathetic experience with there so called customer support. They doesn’t know anything but only give Gyan to their customers without listening to real concern
So please don’t purchase anything from Khelmart and even they don’t have mind to listen and take appropriate action

Glad that this is already resolved as well. As far as I know, Yonex badminton rackets are a bit expensive. I can't imagine the dismay you felt when you saw that it had a poor quality. Still, it was nice to know that they fix issues and that they addressed your concern. Also, I think it was nice that you knew what's good or not.

I ordered a dsc condor winger English Willow bat from this website which was priced around 3500 and added a option of oiling and knocking which they charge 500 extra for which total makes it 4000. Neither I received any order update or they aren't even answering my calls and mails. My order number is OR_388380 and my name is Nadeem Nawaz. I ordered on 14th may 2021 and it's 21st may 2021 and no update yet.

I have ordered a thrax carrom board on 11th may 2021 10days passed still the order Is not confirmed and no other updates. Tried to contact them on all numbers provided and no one attending calls and responding to the mails sent. I am completely dissapointed about the India's number one sports retailer. This complaint is in regards to the order number OR_367933. The order was for Thrax ProGrip Badminton Shoes Blue. The Company has been giving false commitments for delivery since the day the product was ordered. When I asked the executive if it's possible to make early delivery of the product, the executive mentioned I would receive it in 3-4 days, on 12th Dec 2020 when I asked Vinita (an executive of your company) for an update on the product...

The weight of the racket was mentioned as 84 grams. But the one that was delivered to me weighed 104 grams. Too heavy. So I want to return it. Please accept my request..

I have ordered thrax astra 73 from khelmsrt on 29th October 2020 and got it by 10 days. The handle of the racket got cut with just 10 days o[censored]sage with out any physical contact with while playing. The wood quality is very bad of the handle.please return back my money or replace it.

Hopeless company. Sent very thin board of 3mm. When i raised concern, they changed specification from 6mm to 3mm on their website which is disgusting. We could have bought such thin board for not more than[protected]/-. Why to spend 1830/- they can't return pickup in bangalore which is a joke. Seems to fake seller and don't have any resolution mechanism. We need to use without any choice as we can't return since they don't have return pickup. Don't buy anything from them.
