Khelmart.com — Lie, Cheating and bad customer service

I bought 5 items online. I put the my USA address and paid the total cost. It didn't charge any shhiping cost when I put the address and paid the money. Here are the complains -
1. After 5 days of my order, I got email from Khelmart to pay 5000 -/ for shhiping cost. Otherwise they won't shhip. Why they didn't charge at the first place when I was ordering.
2. I checked the same order from other account, but this time it was charging 4400 -/ for shhiping cost, not 5000 -/.
3. They said in a email that they charge shhiping cost based on weights. That's why they are charging 5000 -/ for 10 Kg from me.
But the total weight of my order is 3.5 Kg(Maximum).
4. My friend ordered(Order number - 130908) one bat which is 2 Kg, they charged him 1000 -/ for shhiping.

Hi,

I was checking the shipping cost for same order from another account. The shipping cost is showing 4400/-. Why are you saying 5000-/. Also why don't you give discount when I am buying 5 items. My friend is buying 14000/- MRF bat and you are charging 1100/- for shipping. But you are charging more than 4000 /- for 16000/- items. My friend order number is 130908.

We have calculated the shipping charges depend to the weight of packet not a value of the packet.

Your friend ordered only 1 bat and 1 bat weight is 2 kg.

You have ordered 5 items and your package weight is 10 kg.

Kindly provide us India address, we will ship your order in free (shipping charges) of cost.

I checked the same order from account *******@gmail.com and the shhiping cost was showing 4400 -/. So first of all you are lying to get extra 600 -/ from me.
And secondly, the total weight of below items is not 10 Kgs. It will go upto 3.5 Kg. So if my friend's shhiping charge is 1000 -/ for 2 KG, then it should be less than 2000-/ for me.

Why all of these lies.

I may complain about this cheating, lies and bad customer service in USA consumer forum. Khelmart might be restricted to sell any items in USA.
