The customer relations and sales team at khivraj bajaj hennur is pathetic. Very rude and do not listen to the customer. I purchased my bike one month back and they had promised a few things for the diwali offer, it's been a month and i haven't received it. When i call the showroom they ignore or they talk like they don't care. They take their own time and make me wait even after paying the money. Worst customer relations. Khivraj head sales manager please take note of this showroom and train your employees and teach them how to behave. Kindly look into my matter and provide me the offers you promised when i bought the bike before loyal bajaj customers like me lose faith in the brand. Was this information helpful? | |||
