I purchased a microwave oven on saturday and was promised a demo session on monday, but this did not happen. 4 days later i went to their shop, they directed me multiple time to their upstairs showroom and that show room told me to go downstairs.
After which they promised to send someone that day itself again, no one came. Finally i went to their shop again where they kept making mr go upstairs and downstairs asking me to talk to at least 4 people who worked there. All who insisted that this was not their job and that i should talk to some one else.
Again i was promised someone would come today, however no one came.
Not to mention numerous phone calls to the sales man and the company number where no one picked up.
The services are horrible. If you cannot deliver do not promise to do so. They are active as long as you have not paid the bill. As soon as you have they neglect their duties.
I am disappointed and harassed by their hesitation to work and complete neglect to consumer's feeling, further i still do not know how to use my microwave. Was this information helpful? |
I have purchased a Sony LED on 14th Aug 2018 along with make payment for 2years khosla assure worth RS 2972 and it has committed to me warranty extension copy will delivered by a month only but it has 4months over did not get any supportive documents regard the same
So it is requesting you to refund my money back
