Khosla Eshoppe / Khosla Electronics — installation not done after 10 days of refrigerator purchase | |||
Hello team, I purchased a godrej eon refrigerator from khosla electronics, chinsurah on 21st july, 2019. It's 10 days now and the refrigerator is still not demonstrated. I called up the selling agent arup innumerable times but without any help. He just kept on saying he is checking but i still didn't find a reason and a resolution for this delay. Today he stopped responding to the phone calls even. Without finding any other way to contact the agent, i called up the store today but again they said they are checking and no resolution yet. Refrigerator is one important household thing which is required especially in the summer. My mother is old and she is without the fridge for 10 days now even though it is bought and still kept packed not serving any purpose for 10 days. She is not in a position to cook her food everyday for her health reasons but she is forced to do that now as she can't store the food. It's is khosla's sole responsibility to take care of the demonstration after the product is sold. But they are so ignorant about it. It seems they shed off their responsibility after they sold the product and made money. They are escaping telling they have booked a call with godrej but in spite of me complaining they just don't bother.
