Khosla Eshoppe / Khosla Electronics — non installation of washing machine stand

On suggestion by the khosla electronics, barrackpore, we ordered the whirlpool washing machine stand.
Ur showroom acted as a middle man to sell the stand from third party.
The person who delivered the stand told us that whirlpool technician will fix the stand.
But whirlpool technician refused to do the same.
If timely and suitable response is not received i will be compelled to go consumer court against all three parties
