[Resolved] Khosla Eshoppe / Khosla Electronics — non receipt of gifts items as well as not contacting the person who sale the, ac from khosla chinsurah. | |||||
I have purchased a 2 ton ac of hitachi make on 14.04.2018. At the time of purchase there was commitment for providing of free gift items. I am sorry to inform you that after 5 - 6 months i have not been provided any gift items. At the time of purchase there was not stock of gift items and the seller of khosla electronics. Pvt. Ltd, chinsurah, (Mr. Sudhanya dey mob no. [protected]) have assured me that it will be given within next one week when it will be available but till the writing of this complaint, i have not received any gift item which is legally payable to me on assurance of purchase. Even he is not lifting his mobile now a days. I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter even i could not raise any issue of my ac for not getting his mobile. Aug 29, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Till date i.e. as on 28.08.2018 neither Company or Khosla Electronics could not resolved my problem nor they have assured me over phone/e.mail for resolving the problem. This just for posting and information for others. Khosla eShoppe / Khosla Electronics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
