I have purchased a 6.5kg samsung top load automatic washing machine on 21/9/17 from khosla electronics, batanagar showroom. Product received with body dents. Sales person very rude. Store manager confirmed to replace product after dushera holidays but they are least bothered. Feeling cheated. Non customer oriented approach. Still waiting. Bill attached. I purchased a Murphy rechirds geaser on 06/11/2017 from barsat branch but it's difective and call service centre but no result. A new metarial if defective found what effects on customer. I want other band but tell its better than this product then I sold this product. I attached bill. Please take necessary action for my problem.
