Sir, I have purchased one double door refrigerator of Samsung, model number:RT34R5538DU on 05.10.2019 through Bajaj Finance bearing loan account no; U800CD FG058572 Khosla, Kanchrapara Showroom bearing P. invoice no. 04624/1920/ 05820 dt 05.10.19and it was delivered to our premises on 06.10.2019 . Then one representative of Samsung went to our house on 10.10.2019 for installation and demonstration the above said refrigerator and he open the packing box of the refrigerator and noticed dented on upper door and body of refrigerator. So he cancelled the docket of installation and demonstratiion in this moment. Then he (representative of Samsung ) and I myself informed your end(representative of Khosla, kanchrapara) by cell phone call & whats app through mob no+[protected] for replacement of this defective refrigerator by new one. In this respect you (representative of Khosla, kanchrapara) said that the defective refrigerator would be replaced by new one with in 5 or 6 days. But it has not been replaced by new one till date. Therefore, you are requested to make necessary arengment for replacement of the above said otherwise we can't use this electronics equipment . Attacment of invoice.
