Khushi Fabrics — wrong and cheap product delivered

I am Sheetal Phalswal. I ordered 2 saree from khushi fabrics, surat. But they send me a cheap quality suit. One mobile number is there, but no one is picking up the phone. I tried to call soo many times. I got a mail id from internet, i sent so many mails on that but didnt get any reply. They are doing fraud with people. I pay 1883 rs cash for the shipment. Now i want my money back. Please register my complaint & take action against them. My order no. #15472.please help me out in this.
