Requirment of full time maid which was raised in the month of January and payment made immediatley on 30th january 2013. Requirement was not met and hence the request for refund was requested on 20th Feb 2013
I was assured refund within 35 days, however the same is still not received as of today ( OCt 2013).There have been multiple telephonic follow ups .I was given assurances but the payment is still not received.
