Kidzee School — Regarding 100 percent fee payment after only 3 months of online classes | |||
I'm the parent of Sr KG kid studying in Kidzee school old mig BHEL Hyderabad. Due to the covid pandemic situation and the current regulations by the government, classes are not to be conducted. Online classes are being conducted for a group of 25 students and a single teacher.The teacher will not be able to concentrate on all the children due to this online mode and hence these online classes are very stressful for both the kid and the parents. We are not using any of the facilities of the school like the premises, other services of the school.Parents are also concentrating in trying to finish both the class and home work. In spite of all these efforts put in by the parents, we are forced to pay 100 percent fees just after conducting classes for 3 months by the principal of the school. We have already paid 75 percent of the fees, but only due to the balance 25 percent all the parents IDs were deleted from the online class group and even login id into kidzee app also deleted. Request the concerned agencies to take necessary action and help us in the matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
