Kidzee School — school kit not received, after full payment of admission fees

On dec 2019 i have been paid 11000/- against admission fees as an advance, on jan 20 1st week i have been paid balance amount by cash of rs 5200/-,

But till date we haven't received our son's school kit,

Requesting you to pls arrange the as early as possible
