Hi, this is prasenjit a. s. sawant. one month before i received an offer from icici bank for killer jeans time wear. it was just to pay shipping charges 349/- to get a KILLERS WATCH from this website http://www.killerjeans.com/icicinetbanking/ i debited 349/- amount from same the icici debit card & immediately i received an email from killers jeans like this "Dear prasenjit sawant, Thank you for your order from http://www.killerjeans.com your no Order no. 71948 ..CCavenue reference no.[protected] etc..customer care www.nixon.co.in Email : [protected]@nixon.co.in Contact Info : 91-[protected] ...no responses from them after so many mails or calls attempts from me..Item is neither delivered nor any status of dispatch informed. please i request you to kindly Kindly investigate in this matter...Am not worried about 349/- Am just angry with this fraudsters who the hell tried & cheated me..please do needful Was this information helpful? | |||

actually above mentioned killer product has been delivered to me after this complaint...
I have ordered watch through www.killerjeans.com/icicinetbanking on mat 8th n till now haven't received product.
It's very bad service from the killer jeans.
Can you help me how to proceed with these issues.

Bought a killer jeans from K-lounge JB fashions, New market, TT nagar, Bhopal.
In the first wash the color is bleeding.
Never buy the clothes from the above mentioned store. Either they keep duplicate products or killer brand produces bad jeans.I want complete refund for the product bought

product is genuine and received on good quality. i order a watch for RS349/- on june10th 2017. and i did't find any changes on tracking till 7th july 2017. on 7th july tracking showed item shipped and i got the product on july 10th. they are saying that it will take 28working days to deliver the product

Even I have ordered a watch through this offer and it is yet to be delivered. I ordered in June and no tracking number has been provided to me yet. My order number is 149999. The phone number provided for contact is also unreachable.
I ordered Ladies watch and got Mens watch. Got terrible customer service. No response for mail sent to [protected]@nixon.co.in. People should stop believing in fake offers given by ICICI bank

I too received this offer. There is no way I am going to trust this offer to be authentic. ICICI please look into this and work on making the offer more authentic or on blocking it

I had booked on 7th Oct 2017 but not received the product. When I went to track the order with my order number I'm getting no data found. Order no: 205612. Please do the needful
I wrote a mail to customer care nixon at [protected]@nixon.co.in with my order no. After 2 days I received a simple response mail from customer care just saying "We sincerely apologize to you for the delay in delivery of the products you ordered with us. We are trying our best to minimize the delay as much as possible to reduce your trouble.
To ensure that this crisis does not take place in the future again, we have taken all precautionary steps. Once again we apologize to you for all the troubles caused because o[censored]s. We would appreciate your support on this matter."

These private banks should behave responsibly. They put us in such a mess and then alienate themselves stating that the problem is between us and Killer Jeans. There is no agency to look after such matters. This is clearly a case of cyber fraud. I ordered the product on 5 October 2017 and my order number is 204500. In case the product is not delivered in a week, I will file a police complaint against these fraudsters.

Even I ordered on 5th october, and recd on 21st november.
Recd in very good condition and genuine product. Dear All, this usually takes 2 months to deliver. So don't get panic and wait for two months. If you need to know the status than you can call on the provided customer care numbers.
