[Resolved]  Killer Jeans — Purchased item not received till date

I have order a killer timewear for man (Model-KLM078001) on 15th February 2017 with icici payment of rs349 through ccavenue reference[protected] and received the order id - 69743.

But still now, it shows in their official site of http://www.killerjeans.com/icicinetbanking/tracking.php that the item is not despatched, status is in pending. After calling their no.[protected]/[protected] and mail at [protected]@nixon.co.in, they don't give me any response.
So, request you for your kind cooperation & settle the matter with complete the order or return the amount asap.
