I purchased a kinderjoy for both my sons and received incomplete parts on the dinosaurs.
This is not the first time it happens and i’m tired of seeing my sons face in tears because of it.
For the price we paying i expect to receive quality toys which should be examined before sealing.
We can’t return it to the shop either as we were told that we must contact kinderjoy directly.
I will no longer be purchasing kinderjoy if i don’t get compensated for it.
Hoping to get this resolved asap
