Hi, i would like to bring to your attention the nuisance your company is creating for me and my family for the past 1 month. Last night we bought a carton of kingfisher premium beer and i found this empty sealed bottle inside it and this is the second time i'm facing such problem with kingfisher. I let it go that one time which i now realise i shouldn't have and i would appreciate a quick response along with suitable actions being taken for the same. I have recently purchased 3 beer. In one beer some unwanted things are already available in bottle like some filthy things. It's gone in my mouth but i puked it but it is in the bottle.

Above mentioned shop owner is selling each and every alcohol product for 20% more than the MRP and we asked about it, so he said i[censored] want then buy else go, we told as we'll complaint about this, that time he said no body can do anything to me...
kindly do the needful & teach a lesson to him so that other don't dare to do this...
