Kisan Call Center — I have complain to eletricity board.

Electricity rules have been changed before few days. Electricity distribution is also change, so kisan have to put down extra transformer for electricity for agriculture. But they are not agree to put down one transformer to single person and nobudy agree to put down transformer in village due to money. They are not give normal electricity to me. Even I want to pay electricity bill. Please tell what should I do. My crop is shrivel up.
