[Resolved] Kissht — customer care person is abusing me | |||||
I missed my payment for this month due to some personal emergency issue and I started getting calls from your agents who is directly abusing me on my family. I told them that I need time since I am closing all the loans from your company...but they did not stop abusing me or my family...I have their contact numbers and voice recording with screenshots. Can you help with with an explanation on this? It's a normal thing if a person gets into a problem and even bank people understands it. I want cancellation mail but any executive not assist me.if we are not eligible so why you have payment mode first... Kindly refund my money soon.. They are fraud kindly bann soon coz they cheating to us...after the payment they dont call or message us
