[Resolved]  Kissht — harassment at the time of lockdown and not replying

Kissht app is not replying about my request and talking foolishly their loan agent are calling and talking abusively and mis behaving.
This the time of quarantine, and no one is allowed to go outside as well as there is no source of money available.
But no is listening and abusing, therefore i have recorded every data and send it to sp office of my city as well as consumer forum for further enquiry.
I'm going to file an fir and case to the above company for such an attitude.

Sir we dont have any work for a month and we still struggle for our food and needfull things.. and rbi gives three month moratorium but u still gives penalty charge for non repayment and i also contact u through mail, phone calls, whatsapp still no rply for me or no one is calling me ..but every morning there is reminder msg for my loan but we dont have any source to pay so plszzz kindly reminds us in this kind of suituation and i am not ur new customer im taking severals loans, i paid without any late payments so plszzz kindly help me...
