[Resolved] Kissht — loan

Hi sir i have taken loans from kissht more than 10 times and i repaid my loans in time, i have paid 6452.71 rupees on 27th march 2020. I have applied for new loan but kissht people are rejected my loan they said people try after 3 months and i sent a mail to kissht there is no response. Based on recent news/announcements in wake of the covid-19 lockdown rbi says dont pay emi's but i paid my emi in time i applied for new they rejected for this issue.
