[Resolved] Kissht — threatening/unethical behavior/false information by kissht | |||
Respected sir, As of today while writing this letter my emi of 4533 is overdue by 3 days and kissht company according to the policy had started calling me which was fair initially. But today the agent called me and started threatening that he will call all of my contacts from my phonebook and will also call my family member also that he would send people to my house for the recovery which is not at all acceptable. I said, i'm not running away with the money, i will payback with the consolidated and penalty charges as applied on my overdueemi by monday i. E on 10th of august. But the agent cleary denied and said no you have to pay it today or else bear the consequences. Now, i ask you what makes you that right to make false and such threatening comments to the customer..? Note _ call recordings are saved and at any point of time i'm ready to share. If i'm getting a call again by one of your rowdy agents and asking for money in such kinda manner, i will proceed with legal advisor as per applicable. Moreover they are using rude verbal force to extract the money. False imformation is being conveyed by your collection agents that i need to pay my debts via 12pm today afternoon. Threatening and ill behavior with customer is not at all acceptable and hence i will make sure that this doesn't happens with me again. I acknowledge that they handled it very professionally. The whole escalation process has been well communicated by kissht team and they did provided me with a proper resolution/solution for which I'm hundred percent convinced.
Therefore I'm here closing my case with a good and a happy note.
