I Bindaban Mondal S/O Madhusudan Mondal, residing at Village+ PO. Birshibpur, Ps. Uluberia, Dist- Howrah, West Bengal. My Congumer no. is 002653 Issued on 26.03.2002.
All of my connection paper in original have been missing. Now I am faceing dificulties to replace my regulator as it is not functing properly . as a result it is happening gas leakage.
I therefore pray to supply a duplicate connection pappers as an early date and thus obliged. Your's truely.
