Hi, have purchased 3 kurtis online on queenget.com on fb on 28th feb 2018. Ordered for 3 kurtis which was shown as at rs.399 each. Charged gst, tax and shipping additional. Instead of the selected items, they have sent me cheap, damaged, stained dress materials on 7th march 2018, which put me in shock. This is the worst ever experience in my shopping history. Paid rs.1385 for this shipment which is delivered by delhivery.com agency. Neither the mentioned contact number # [protected] nor email id : [protected]@queenget.com is functional. They have mentioned the address on the dispatched courier as below : Seller : 24k deal, 69 sukan point, near yogi chowk, surat - 395010 I want my amount paid rs.1385 to be refunded.
