KK Enterprises — Refill Cylinder not delivered
I booked a refill on 7th May, Invoiced on 14 May, (after following up with them) got cancelation message on 16th May saying Empty cylinder was not available. No one came to deliver and simply updated the bogus status. when i called them they said due to rain and traffic jam they didn't come to the area. i had never thought this could be an excuse for not doing their job.
i was asked to rebook and it will be delivered next day, being hopeful (didn't had other option also) i rebooked it on 16th May evening and called them again on 18th May as cylinder was not delivered. The person first asked if it's invoiced, to which i reminded him of his statement which he gave me to deliver next once i book it on 16th May. then he started saying same stuff that due to rain and traffic they can't deliver it. It's the same route which i take to commute to office daily, i told him same thing but he blabbered something and disconnected the call.
One thing he told is if it's urgent come to the agency with empty cylinder and get filled one. so don't know why they have home delivery and why would anyone take double cylinder connection when have to pick it from agency itself.
