Klickpay — Unauthorized transaction

There was a transaction done from my account by someone and it was sent to KLICKPAY. I called the bank and raised the complaint. They said that I will have my refund in next 7 working days. After 7 days, I called and they said that the amount has been already credit to Merchant KCLICKPAY.

Please refund the amount which was done anonymously by someone of 1759.00 from my ICICI bank account.
