The complaint is for order number rmhnu22829 that was placed on 2nd april, 2016 and was dispatched on 07/04/2016 through courier - aramex. Tracking no. [protected]. It is almost 2 months and i have still not received it. I am very disappointed with the website and will never ever order from this site. And i want my refund back as soon as possible... I have placed an order on Klothes Kafe on 19th July and have made online payment. My order number is DKTZ99059.
I haven't received the order inspite of writing multiple mails. I also tried reaching out to them through help line number which is always switched off.
I would want the product or my money back.
