Dear knockoffdeal, I ordered kd 1.39 inch amoled screen bluetooth 4.0 android 5.1 os mtk6580 quad core 1.3ghz waterproof smart bracelet watch from website on 16.10.2017 & received the item on 21.10.2017. On unboxing i found out that delivered watch is totally different from what i have ordered. I was trying to initiate a return but i cannot do it because i cannot enter the order number and the order date to it. Then i was trying to connect with their customer care no. As well but again got surprised that this no. Is switch off which is vodafone no. [protected] Now i have realized that i have got cheated by placing order from their website. Hence to teach them a proper lesson for cheating with customer and others as well kindly take the strictly action against them & help me to refund my money. Hence since that time till the date I'm trying to return this device on their website but unfortunately I'm not able to fill return form as order id & model no. Coloum not getting fillied due to some your webpage error.
Than I was trying to connect with their customer care no. as well but again got surprised that this no. Is also switch off.
Now I have realised that I have got fooled by placing order from your website & loose my money .
