I ordered this product "KD 1.39 inch AMOLED Screen Bluetooth 4.0 Android 5.1 OS MTK6580 Quad Core 1.3GHz Waterproof Smart Bracelet Watch" from your website (order id[protected] and I received a completely damaged product.. Made the return request but didn't receive any confirmation on this yet.. The email I got after my return request says that "if" the return team accepts my request, only then the product will be accepted for a return (THE PRODUCT IS COMPLETELY BROWN) and the refund will be processed via a bank transaction, whereas while making the payment, I wasn't given an option to make a bank payment, the only option available was COD.. The customer support number on website goes unanswered.. It's written on the website to preferably contact only on whatsapp, but the number doesn't show up on whatsapp.. I want to return this product but there seems to be no way by which the product can be returned.. I don't mind either a refund or an exchange for a new and intact product. Then i was trying to connect with their customer care no. As well but again got surprised that this no. Is switch off which is vodafone no. [protected]
Now i have realized that i have got cheated by placing order from their website.

Hence to teach them a proper lesson for cheating with customer and others as well kindly take the strictly action against them & help me to refund my money.
