I have purchased kodak tv in month of oct 9 from flipkart.in oct11 my tv started not working. Engineer visited my place on oct
19 and said motherboard damage replace new tv but no action was taken after that.
I have sent numerous mails and called to their customer centre but they are just fooling customers. There is no escalation matrix. After 1 month also they are not able to provide the solution. My order
