An E-mail was sent to [protected]@kodaktv.in to request for a service on TV on 18/05/2020, which was within warranty period of TV delivery. The TV was purchased on 16/05/2019 on Flipkart, invoiced on 18/05/2019 and was delivered on 20/05/2019. The customer service suggested to furnish the extended warranty saying the waranty has expire. Pls note, as the TV was delivered on 20/05/2019 and installed by Kodak technician on subsequent days the warranty is still valid. Unfortunately, the customer service has not responded to multiple requests on e-mail. Requesting your kind help. Was this information helpful? | |||
