I have buyied a product from kohinoor & i misplaced its bill, the product was hitachi window air conditioner of 1.5 tonnes, i request u to issue a copy of my bill and i have attached receipt voucher with this, hope u will help me with this. Delivery time is normally 20 to 255 days for small products like TV. I am following up with Kohinoor team to arrange person to install it but nobody is responding . It is almost a week passed still the installation is pending.
