Koinex — account frozen without any notice

My account in koinex was frozen without any prior notice. The customer support responded saying that there was a technical glitch in koinex due to which funds were sent multiple times to some other account. Their response was if they dont get the fund, the account will remain frozen. I have basically lost 940 xrps and few btcs which i stored in koinex.

No professionalism
Trying to steal their customer's fund to cover up their own mistakes.

No, someone claiming from Koinex support asked me to send them some XRPs after which only they will unfreeze the account.
even i am facing same issue, the account is locked and there is no response from the team.

Same issue with me, Have you got any update ?
I am having same issue and I recieved same answer... I sent 50 koins to a friend and my friend received 10 duplicate entries of 50 koins due to koin ex technical glitch. they should ask from the person who received more koins rather they blocked my account.

Did you get any response? and what can we do further on this?
