Koinex — deposit money not reflected in koinex wallet

I have deposit 30k from my union bank to koinex wallet through net banking as they said its reflect immediately in koinex wallet.

Ticktedid : 197691

Its 4 days but still i am not able to see my money into koinex wallet and not any response from koinex.

I see many people complain the same but still not any action was taken by the consumer not sure why?

I hope you guys use power and help to the people who have trust on indian consumer.
