In december i opened account in koinex and uploaded my kyc document and after 3 days my kyc is verified. And later i deposit some ruppes in my koinex account and purches ripple and bitcoin and ether but suddenly i got a notification that please update your first and last name as pr your given kyc document but in thier website is no option update or edit first and last name in my profile page. My kyc is rejected and i am not tread and diposit or withdrawl anything. So please help me sir and verified my koinex account.
