[Resolved]  Koinex — regarding not giving back money to my bank account

I am trying withdraw my money from my koinex wallet. But, my money withdraw request is still shown as pending. On their website it is mentioned that they deposit the money in 3 working days. Now its been about 12 days. Still my money is not deposited in my account. Their also shown on website that some account have payment bank issues. If that is the issue they can deposit that money in my e-wallets such as paytm, freecharge. I am tryting to contact their customer support service but their is no response from their side.
