Koinex — unable to login in account after deposit some money

Sir, almost 10 days back i have submitted my kyc to koinex and yesterday my kyc was verified and then i have deposited some amount to purchase coin and purchased but today when i am going to login then my sign in mobile otp is not working, i had tried many times during the day but i am unable to get any response from him on my ticket.

exact same thing happened to me today . After depositing, i purchased some bitcoins and was signed out and now iam unable to log in because they are not sending OTP not in mobile not in mail

Even I am not able to log into Koinex for past two days they are not sending the OTP. its pathetic I am not sure its a fraud or a technical glitch. but very frustrating. I just added 20000 to the wallet and after that it is not letting me log on.
Same here..I use Google Authenticator..nothing happens on clicking login button..if OTP window shows, nothing happens on entering otp and clicking cubmit. very frustrating..I am going to change traders.
I thought it would be a technical glitch which would be affecting the OTPs being sent.
Therfore i signed up with a different mobile number inorder to see if the new number recieved OTP
And it did..
I think it is a fraud
Is it working now in any user? I am facing same issue.

You have to open Google authenticator app on your Mobile.. then try to login by using otp which are showing in your Mobile GA app.
For last 10 days whenever I try logging in my Koinex account it states "Koinex is currently monitoring my account and all the activities are currently disabled". I have raised ticket regarding the same atleast 5 times. However, nothing has been done. Can someone please look into it and enable my account so that I can make transactions.

same problem with me now your account activate or not
Koinex is not having issue, only issue is description

they dont want otp, they want google authenticor code
