Kokilaben Hospital — Non payment of security deposit
Despite regular follow up on calls and email, security deposit has been unpaid for the past 5 months.
Calling their call centre or the finance department seems to be useless. Nobody seems to be interested in resolution and everyone keeps passing the buck.
Since the time of my mothers hospitalisation, have had a harrowing experience with this hospital. Right from doctors extending the stay unnecessarily from previously planned at 1 week to 3 weeks.
And now regular follow up for the security deposit is a nightmare.
Unfortunately the attitude followed by the hospital was that of squeezing as much money as possible from the patient as patients' are always at the mercy of a hospital. Will tweet about this incident and will never recommed Kokilaben Ambani hospital to anyone.
