I had ordered supplements from usa which, according to the tracking updates, has reached the kolkata foreign lcao more than a week ago. My tracking consignment number is rx[protected]de. It says they have retained it for a specified reason, since many days. I want to know what the reason is, so that i can resolve it as soon as possible! I need my parcel urgently, i've been calling the office so many times but my calls never get to them, this is highly frustrating! If you do not deliver my package within the next 7 days, i will be forced to file a legal complaint. I am not going to entertain further harassment!

The shipment tracking ID is RG[protected]CN. The item is pending at Kolkata Foreign LCAO. How long time will it take to clear it ? It is a small household item. Kindly release it.. there is no other to push it out.

I had purchased from AliExpress. Tracking number is RY[protected]CN. It took 4 days to reach Kolkata office and reached on 19 Mar but since then it has been stuck at this office. There is no further update. I tried reaching to office but in vain. Can you address it please?
