Kolkata Foreign Lcao — my product not yet cleared from lcao kolkata

I have done an online order from china, a machine tool which was dispatched from china on 28 oct and reached kolkatta lcao on 8nov 2019. But still this was not released by them. After doing payment i'm waiting to receive my product. Please help me. I tried reaching india post customer care nd they divert me to contact kolkatta postal department and they are not responding to me. When checked online for foreign parcel dispatch delay there is no response there too.
