Kolkata Municipal Corporation — a big branch of a jack fruit tree which is a security threat to me n my kids ..

I stay in 91/2 dr gs bose road Kolkata . my immediate neighbor has a jackfruit tree whose branch is almost entering my window . it is posing a great threat to me and my children . I stay alone since my husband is posted in delhi . I have visited forest dept met a very senior guy who gave me a gazette which states clearly I can cut off that branch asap . ive also visited local thana, lodged a complain, gdp no 2240 . After repeated request the neighbors refused to cut that branch . Local thana too suggested me to go ahead with local help . Since I stay alone, I could not go ahead with it . My son has very high isonoplil level 1200, normal level is 300 .doctor suggested to keep windows open for fresh air, but I cant . he is asthmatic . please do the needful, as I am unable to see my kids suffer for someone elses tree .
