I had ordered a 2 cheese cake on 17.10.2022 from Zomato cakes received from near to my residence, i had opened the box cakes r full of fungus and rotten smell this is not the 1 st time i am facing the problem 2 nd time with these bhawanipur french loaf cake shop already i shared a picture of cakes with the owner now he is saying I had raised the complainant they will see n all, this is what I get the feedback, now i will tweet incident in social media too .

Hi, I have ordered a chocolate Mud cake from kolkatacakeshop.com. It was of 1500 INR. The cake which was delivered was totally different from the one which I ordered online. The quality of the cake was cheap and even the taste was local. I was so embarrassed as I presented it as a birthday gift. Please do not order through this website as i feel is a fraudulent website.

My wife had placed an order on this site for a Monginis cake to be delivered to her mother for her Bday. Even 14 hours after we placed the order there is no confirmation and the number listed on the site is not reachable. These guys are cheats. Please do not place orders with them. The website looked genuine and their payment gateway was also verified by Verisign. Now I have seen more complaints regarding this site. Wish I had seen it earlier before placing the order.

On[protected], I ordered on Internet at KolkataCakeShop.com website, to deliver a Flury's Black Forest Cake to be delivered to my niece living in Shyambazar Kolkata. Including the special delivery the charges were $35.00. They processed my charge card for $35.00, and confirmed to deliver by[protected] before 2:00PM Kolkata time.

After further inquiry and trying to track the delivery process, found that they were having all the excuses and telling me that they will not be able to deliver the Cake as promised. Finally on person named 'Manit' emailed me canceling the order and refused to pay back my money immediately.

I have a email trail of ordering and other communications I had with KolkataCakeShop, which I can prove my point. Also the phone which are been listed in the website and in their email is unreachable and/or never active.

They are a bunch of cheats doing business and cheating public.
