I am taking slimming treatment in kolours and the staffs are very rude they are insisting that i have to upgrade the scheme or this is of no use...

I really think highly of Kolors Healthcare. But, I had a bit of trouble with scheduling. I was looking forward to my session, but there was a mix-up and I had to wait longer than expected. It would be great if the scheduling could be a bit clearer and on time. That way, everyone knows exactly when their turn is and can plan their day better....

While initial concerns arose due to not receiving an instant reply from Kolors Healthcare, upon reflection, I realized the value in patience. Despite the delay, the eventual response was thorough and addressed all my inquiries. It demonstrated a commitment to quality over speed, reassuring me of the dedication to providing accurate and helpful assistance....

At first, I had trouble finding Kolors Healthcare. But when I finally arrived, it was like finding a hidden treasure. Even though I got a bit lost, the calm feeling inside and the friendly people made it worth it. Maybe clearer signs could help others find it easier, so they can enjoy the peaceful place too....

Unprofessional and unethical Staff. He just texts me in WhatsApp as if I am his employee and when I cancelled the appointment. He was super rude and yelling at me without basic manners. Please teach him the ethics to deal Customers politely....

Switch not working & ur company electrician ignore my call also don’t reply to massage 😡😡...

While I appreciate the care received at Kolors Healthcare, I've noticed a lack of emphasis on gathering customer feedback. Implementing a structured feedback system would demonstrate a commitment to listening to customer experiences and using their input to drive positive changes. This would not only show that my opinions are valued but also contribute to the ongoing improvement of services....

Consumer Complaints Team

So far so good - The company responded to our notifications and is working on resolving complaints.!

Customer: Once Submitted a complaint with Consumer complaints. I received one call - after that there is no update!. For closing the complaint. just called me. Nothing. From Nov'23 to March'24. I have submitted 15 complaints. so far there is no resolution....

We had multiple discussions and visited the Tambaram Branch also. There is no proper resolution.

We are not willing to resume any sessions with kolors now.

We want to pay our EMI amount. So kindly process for Refund Amount

Despite the high demand and occasional crowding during peak hours, the ambiance at Kolors Healthcare remains inviting and friendly. Adding a few extra seats or optimizing the seating arrangement could enhance the comfort level for clients, ensuring a more pleasant experience overall....

I hold the expertise of Kolors staff in high regard, but I encountered some confusion surrounding the sheduling of follow-up sessions, which unfortuately caused inconvenience for me. I believe clearer instructions or reminders regarding appointment would be better...

I took hydration and face peel package from kolours, pune. The after service is horrible. they team doctor and helper is not at all adjusting as per customer timings. they will give you their time and if you are not available you will miss your appointment. it was waste of money. the counsellor, doctors all are fake. They told me that my last sitting will be of hydration after the peel but when i did not get any call from last 15 to 20 days...

I joined a slimming program in Kolors in November 2022 by paying a starting amount of 30k with a loss of 15 kg. I asked diet plan to dietitian they told me to take only fruits for 3 times I m a working women how I can be stable having only fruits and I asked again to the concern person...

Sir I am anjibabu, West Godavari, penugonda...i recently joined weight loss treatment in Rajahmundry branch, my reference is rupa and she fix total amount of treatment into Bajaj finance...but I am not satisfied this treatment and also am not comfortable with travelling weekly twice...so many times I told with rupa...and she says your request is accepted and it will calcel soon..finally I requested to cancel my emi option......

I joined 1st 10 kg weight loss treatment after they pushed me to join cool sculpting they take fibe loan for me but I didn't start a treatment am cannot not take treatment because my situation pls refund the amount and pls cancel my fibe loan.i take a fibe loan without my family knowledge I am very scared.
