[Resolved]  Kolors — Misinformation by the staff and not giving my money back

This is to bring you few incident which was happening for the last two weeks at the omr kolors branch - chennai.

I made the enquiry at the kolors in-order to out my sister in the weight loss programme so i was guided by one of the staff who has put my sister to one of the executive from the same branch, she explained about the programme and me and my sister was very much interested and we made the payment of inr 35, 000.00 through the credit card, prior making the payment i have got around 8 calls per day from 8 am, during this pandemic everyone is working from home, the same applies to me and my sister too, my sister have attended the call and we have made the payment, and things were going well, later 2 days before my sister has received the declaration form where i was amazed to see one particular point ‘’ the amount which is paid by the client shall not be returned at any cost’’.

I was really amazed to see how the kolors staff is working and how they are giving the misinformation/miscommunication to their client, the person who has took the lead initially has told me sister that if we are not happy with the service at any cost the amount will be paid back to client, but what is mentioned in the declaration form completely contradictory. So we spoke to the person who took our payment she told us we will take the guarantee for your weight loss and if you are not happy with the form we can proceed without that particular form and once again i was really amazed and the suspicious about the process /company, so i spoke to that particular person again and have informed that i am not happy with the things which is going on so i have informed her to return the money which i paid, she has tried her best to convince my sister but we are not ready to proceed with the things further, so we are pushing the person to get the money back, i was told by the executive that she has spoken to the management and she will get back to me by saturday, however she called and as always she started to convince to proceed with the programme, but i was not ready to do that again. I spoke to the person and have explained everything and in details in a very simple language and the same was happened with one of the dietician and have informed her that i will be raising the complaint in social media and have given the time till 5.30 pm on 08th august 2020 and have requested a call back from the senior person, my sister has got a call from one of the manager as she was on the meeting, and i was also not available during that time so my sister has told that person to give a call after 6.30 pm, however i have not received any call, so i took the dietician and the executive through conference call and have explained everything again, however the result was the same i did not got any response as usual, when i forced the executive to bring the manger on the call, so finally i was told that i will be getting a call in few minutes and i got the call eventually but the person with whom i spoke was not satisfactory she did understood the my concerns, however i did not got the resolution i want, finally she told me she will be sharing the email address of the general manager so that i can send a email, that is how i am writing this email to you.

Please have this concern addressed and please help me to get my money back as i am not happy with the service / behaviour of the staff with kolors, i am sharing the name of the person as below for your kind information.

1. Person who took the lead initially was ravi - chenani.
2. He guided us to mr. Ragavan and we got the g-pay number from mr. Ravi to transfer the money.
3. Executive name who took the programme and has collected money is ms. Surya-omr branch.
4. Manager name with whom i spoke last night was ms. Vidhya who claimed that she was the manager of ms. Surya.
5. Dietician name : ms. Shipa - who told me that if we are visiting the center directly they will first give the declaration form post that only will be collecting the payment, i am not sure about how it differs when it comes to online.

Please return my money back asap along with the interest for the suffering because of your staffs

Expecting a call from you asap along with the money which i have paid.
