Kolors — Refund of my payment | |
I have started my treatment at Kolor, Anna Nagar on January, 2019. Due to medical reasons as per Doctor consultant and for personal reason.I wish to get back my treatment for skin lightening and uplifting which is worth of Rs.20, 000/-Regarding this I have already approached branch and had informed about cancellation given letter on October 2019 and the same has been acknowledged by the branch.i am really fed up with the coustmer care, as I am keep on following up for more than a year, i didn't even get a response even after my request letter to get my money. I have given all details one monthh back to coustmer care...still no response...when people want to join there was too much care, but I couldn't find that coustmer care when coustmer can't continue that program due to personal reason..kindly do needful at the earliest...still I am waiting to get my money which I paid three years back for non usage of package with repeatedly formal information to Kolor center, Anna nagar branch..please possible at the earliest..
