Dear, Kolotibablo support team
Yesterday I'm request a payment in Payza Kolotibablo.com. But no money add of my Payza account, but also Kolotibablo site is showing complete status. The money figure is $12. My user ID name is-Ataur799. My Payza account name [protected]@yahoo.com. Moreover, In my first request payment of 03/21/16 I'm really get so quickly in same Payza account. In your site status is complete show me, can you solve this problem. Here I'm attached a screenshot in my present Payza account & Kolotibablo status . Please help me.

Sir my payment dissappeared from my kolotibablo account
my user name is aftabalam123098
i was at -02 in the queue
there is no record in paypal and also there is no record in kb
in its history column
the payment was 10 dollar.
