Kolte Patil Developers — Bad customer service, lack of empathy for customer, lack of concern for customer issues

Despite multiple follow ups with Soumitra Pattnaik regarding the resolution of tickets that I had raised in August 2016, I have not received a response nor any communication from this customer POC. Not only has he repeatedly neglected multiple emails and phone calls, he has failed to communicate delays in the completion of work. Very frustrating experience as a customer, but I don't think they care at all.
